Studio, Sleeps 2 This renovated luxurious studio is guaranteed to not only meet, but exceed your expectations! It is located in the heart of Baton Rouge and is walking distance to the LSU lakes and minutes from Downtown. It has an open and spacious floor plan and boasts updated appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils. It also includes a washer, dryer, air conditioning and heat. It is fully furnished with linens, housewares and includes all utilities. The space King Bed Must walk up 1 flight of stairs Carport parking space for each studio unit Keypad available for self check-in after 4 p.m. Checkout is 10 a.m. - late checkout of 11/12 can be arranged in advance if we do not have a same day check in. Rest easy while you're away from the studio - we have security cameras in the back parking/studios area & driveway for safety and liability reasons. All the cameras are in the parking/exterior only! Looking for a larger space? Ask about the studio next door that sleeps 2, or the main house that sleeps 6! Guest access The carport is reserved for the each studio directly beneath each unit A & B - it is not a garage with a door, but provides a well lit and covered parking space Other things to note Please use cutting boards provided in kitchen, the wood countertop is not a cutting board. NO DOGS ARE PERMITTED INSIDE THE HOME WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM THE HOST. Please do not smoke inside the studio. We have Wi-Fi enabled devices inside the house that will alert us of any smoking inside the house. Please be respectful of our space, as we try to maintain a high level of cleanliness for each and every guest that checks in.
