Polly's Cozy Studio Cottage

This Studio cottage is located mid-cape Dennisport, a .4 mile walk to Haigis Beach, 1 mi to S. Village Beach, which has a kayak drop off area & 1.5 miles to W. Dennis Beach. The Rail Trail is a 2 mile drive where grocery stores are also located. There is new flooring, new beds, refrigerator & window treatments. A/C, TV, heat & wifi included. Plenty of closet/storage space. Enjoy the private outdoor patio or communal area across the street. Also, a storage shed for your bikes! Stay and enjoy!! The space This is a 1 room 256 sq. ft Studio that has 1 Queen bed and 1 fold-out twin chair for a twin bed. Guest access There is one car space in front of the cottage, but also across the street there is open area to park one other vehicle. Other things to note No children under the age of 6, only adults over the age of 25 and no pets allowed on property at any time. You can smoke outside only. No smoke to enter the cottage at any time. Doors/windows must be closed if smoking outside. Thank you!
