We welcome you to our picturesque, water front home, where you will find relaxing views of the lake from our enclosed glass covered porch with AC/heat, screened porch & sunroom. Fire pit, fishing dock & boat launch. High speed internet & Roku TV streaming. Our house is truly a treat for fishermen. Lake D'Arbonne is a home of some of the top fishing tournaments in the US. Even if just for relaxation and to unwind from the hustle and bustle of daily life, Lake D'Arbonne is a great place to go. The space We humbly asks all our guests to read our house rules/additional rules and polices. Please understand we don't know you and we don't have a Crystal ball to see who is good and not. We just need to be the same page to avoid misunderstanding as our house/additional rules and policies will be impose regardless. We don't allow third- party booking/ subletting, unless approved with the host in advance. Please read before booking to see if our house meets your expectations. The house is spacious enough to be able to provide Restful, comfortable, and relaxing stay for 6-8 guests only. NO EVENTS/BIG FAMILY GATHERINGS held in/at the house. For liability reasons, only registered/approved guests are allowed on/in the property. HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY: OWNER/Manager of rental property shall not be liable for any damages and/or injury to tenant and or their guest(s),or their personal property due to TENANT’S acts, actions (slip, fall, injury) or neglect ( theft) . TENANT agrees to hold OWNER/ Manager harmless against any claim for damage and or injury for the use any structures or equipment ( boat launch, dock pier or any amenities in/on the house due to TENANTS act or neglect or their guests act or neglect. By, booking this property, guests affirms they have accepted our terms and acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with their stay, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the owner and manager from any claims, actions, liabilities arising from the Guest's actions or those of any invitees. My husband and children have Asthma, smoke and large domestic animals fur triggers it. We only allow small dog. We impose $500.00 penalty for smoking inside the house. You may swim at the lake at your own Risk. Children and pets must be supervised by adult at all times. Thank you for your kindness and understanding. Guest access The house has a Keypad door lock. Guests have access to the whole house except for locked closets. Door code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. Guests can access our boat launch, FYI: when it is raining it is best to use public boat launch nearby, boat dock and pier. Please park on our covered carport and on the side of the house. Do not park on the street or on the lawn. You can fish directly from our dock/pier on our backyard. Please bring fishing poles and baits, as it is not provided. Other things to note Due to unpredictable weather, you may experienced power outage, ( FYI: Claiborne Electric company service our area) the house doesn't have standby generator. Any belongings left in the house after check out will be in the trash. Weather conditions and road/neighbor's constructions are beyond hosts control. To avoid inconvenience please read amenities before booking. Heads up: Due to the house being close to the water, we have lake flies/bugs around. We accommodate early check in and late check out with a fee to cover utelities. Message host for details.
