Newly Renovated, Great Location!

Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday only, no exceptions. This period covers June, July, and August. Our Brigantine Beach house is a classic two-story bungalow with 4 bedrooms, a newly renovated kitchen with a large open floor plan, and only two blocks from the beach. We are also one block from the bay, ideally located for both sunsets and sunrises. Walk or bike to the beach, bay, farmers market, restaurants, diners, art studios, and gift shops. The space The front of the house is an open floor plan with a newly renovated kitchen. The rear of the house is a second living/den with a dining area. There are four bedrooms and two full baths. Each floor has two bedrooms and one full bath. There is a front porch with chairs. There is a back patio with table, umbrella & chairs, gas grill, and outdoor shower (summer only). Guest access Guests have full access to the house, minus the shed and some closets which will be locked. Other things to note By booking a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by the listed rental terms and conditions. These can be viewed under policies and rules. - Guests must be at least 25 years old with a valid major credit card. - This is a residential neighborhood - quiet hours begin at 10 pm. This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. No events, no house parties, no after prom/senior week rentals. - Renters having unauthorized events or parties will have their contract canceled immediately and be removed from the property. - NO SMOKING in the house or on the front porch. - No pets. - Please do not use the fireplace in the back room, it is NOT functional. *** IMPORTANT NOTE about linens and towels *** - As is customary for Jersey shore rentals, guests must bring their own sheet sets, pillowcases, beach & bath towels, hand towels, and kitchen linens. - Local linen rental services are available: search for Brigantine Linen Rentals and you'll find a few options. Other amenities: - 2 beach chairs & 1 umbrella are provided - 6 beach tags provided (summer only); $30 to replace lost badge - Outside shower (summer only) - Back patio with table and seating - Gas Grill - Drip coffee maker - WiFi - 2 TVs (No Cable TV. They are both smart TV’s and guests are encouraged to use their own streaming services) - Air conditioning - washer/dryer - Fire extinguisher is in the laundry room
