This is a place for fun and relaxation for families, couples, small groups. Within walking distance to the beach (0.75mile) & the Merrimack River Basin. Go for nature walks and biking in Parker River Wildlife Refuge. Cross the bridge to Newburyport with its festivals, gallery shops and delightful dining. A North Shore Oasis! The space Our vacation cottage sleeps up to 9 people, with 2 bedrooms on the first floor, with a queen size bed in each room. There is a full bath with tub on this level. The second floor has 2 bedrooms. The main room has a queen bed and private sitting/work area. The other bedroom has 2 full size beds and 1 twin bunk. There is a second full bathroom with shower. There is a spacious open-floor plan kitchen and entertainment area. In addition, there is a second large living room for socializing, games and TV in the finished basement area.The adjoining laundry room is for guest use. The cottage has a wrap around deck and spacious private yard, providing beautiful sunset views and outdoor dining with a grill. Please note this is NOT a party home. We welcome a well trained pet. However, there is an additional fee to cover extra wear and cleaning costs. There is free off-street parking for 4 cars. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and outdoor space. Other things to note House Rules: - No unregistered guests (subject to fine) - No parties - No smoking or vaping in and around the property - No unregistered animals - Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am
