You agree to adhere to our house rules when booking this home. Please read through them carefully. There is a city noise ordinance that prohibits loud noises after 10pm. The property is in a quiet residential area with long-time residents including families with kids and senior citizens who are sensitive to noise. Violation of this ordinance will be reported to Airbnb and will result in calling the authorities and sending our local security team to the unit to vacate all guests from the premises immediately with no refund. ▸ Checkout time is 10am ▸ Check-in time is 5pm-12am (fees apply after 10pm) ▸ Outdoor quiet hours from 10pm-7am. ▸ No events, large gatherings, or loud music. Filming and Photoshoots are prohibited without Host's permission.
