Broadway street with coffee, wine, nightlife, and restaurants is also conveniently within walking distance. The space This 2000 plus square feet town house sleeps a max of 10 people: ideally 6-7 adults. You will enter Cactus Cove through a private main entrance or the 2 stall garage into an open concept living space, with all views and patio facing the lake. As you enter there are baskets to hold shoes, welcome table, a large coat/storage closet, and half bath. The large kitchen pantry is stocked with a toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, slow cooker, pots/pans, shaker (bar accessories), bakeware, and dishware. The downstairs living space has a sofa sleeper, TV, fireplace, and dining pace has seating for 8 inside and 4 outside. Upstairs, French doors will lead you into the master bedroom suite which has a large King bed, a sleeper sofa, television, large walk-in closet, double sinks, walk-in shower and private patio. The master patio will have views of Saturday night fireworks happening on west lake! Down the hallway are 2 spare bedrooms, laundry room with sink, and full bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with twin trundle, TV, closet, and door to shared patio. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, futon couch, TV, closet, and door to a shared patio. These bedrooms' shared a patio has views of Lake Minnewashta. This townhome has new carpet, linen, duvet covers, and is stocked with an umbrella stroller, highchair, aero mattresses, pack-n-play, and a cooler. Guest access You will have full access to the Town Home, code access through the front door, garage and outside parking access for 3-4 cars. Other things to note Catus Cove has the BEST location! Walk to and from Arnolds Park amusement park, the Emporium, West lake board walk, green space, bars and restaurants. If you attend live music or enjoy a night at one of the bars, you can safely walk home. There is a large kids park .2 miles away and you are a 5 minute drive to Okoboji Store or water park at bridges bay on East lake. You are in the hub of all the fun that West Lake has to offer plus next to walking/biking trails and public boat access.
