We offer a “Glamping” (Glamorous Camping) experience in the “guest cabin” on the property- a 120 sq ft renovated shed designed with repurposed and reclaimed materials. It is a funky tiny-home experience, and this stay is not for the faint-of-heart! The main house is set back from the road, and this small guest quarters is behind the main house. Note: this is 20ft from the main house. We try to provide privacy, but it’s important to note that the owners live in the main house. The space PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING A RESERVATION One to three people could stay in the out-building either in connection with the main house rental or as a separate rental. (If you rent for three people, you must know/like each other!). The main house is set back from the road, and this small guest quarters is behind the main house. Note: this is 20ft from the main house. We try to provide privacy, but it’s important to note that the owners live in the main house. Site: Use of the small backyard space including fire pit, a beautiful view of the pond, and a small back porch upon which to relax. Bathroom: Composting toilet only. Shared outdoor shower (attached to the main house). Water: Camp sink with a foot pump & drinking water from a Berkey Water Filter Heating & Cooling: Wood Stove in the colder months, Air Conditioner in the summer No Kitchen: There is a fridge, tea kettle, coffee & tea. There is an outdoor charcoal grill. Electricity, but No laundry facilities. Small Space: where everything has a multi-purpose. Bedding: One twin bed, and one trundle bed (pulls out into a Queen+). We will provide clean sheets and towels, and extra blankets are available. Accessibility: Flat but uneven ground. Please bring a flashlight to help you walk the path behind the house. Parking: One off-street parking spot available (in a three car driveway) - please park on the far Left. If you are familiar with camping, this will feel luxurious. If you’re expecting hotel accommodations - this listing is not for you. We offer a unique way to experience the wonderful little town of Falmouth, MA: a couple of blocks from great restaurants and also from the beach.
