There is outdoor furniture as well as a BBQ for your use and to enjoy meals outdoors. There is also a washer dryer on site for your use. The home is fully stocked with fresh linens and towels, and the kitchen has all of the essentials so you can cook meals at home for your family or group. Guests may use the whole property including the parking, the deck, the yard, and all parts of the home. This home has been registered as a Transient Accommodation with the State of Hawaii TA-051-132-9792-01, GE-051-132-9792-01 and cannot be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. You may stay for less than 30 days but yours will be the only booking in a 30 day period. Absolutely no smoking, including e-cigarettes, no pets, and no parties allowed on the property at any time. The property is located in a residential area and quiet hours are from 9pm - 8am. All activities must be moved indoors after 9pm. Anyone caught in violation of any of the house rules may have their reservation canceled and asked to leave.
