This spacious 3BR/2BA ocean view condo has over 1,300 sqft of living space accommodating up to 6 guests. The fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms have been updated with cherry wood cabinets and granite counter tops. For added comfort there is a washer/dryer in the unit, 3 TVs, and AC throughout the condo. The space “The Makahuena” is located on the southernmost point of Kauai. This unique oceanfront resort is situated on the edge of a bluff providing spectacular coastal views. This spacious 3BR/2BA ocean view condo has over 1,300 sqft of living space accommodating up to 6 guests. For added comfort there is a washer/dryer in the unit, 3 TVs, and AC throughout the condo. Ten minutes walking distance to Poipu Beach. This single level floor plan opens up to a lanai with a beautiful ocean view, steps away from the pool, hot tub, and shared grill area. There are some stairs leading down to the unit. The primary bedroom has a king size bed memory foam mattress and TV, the guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and the second guest bedroom has 2 twin beds (these cannot be combined). A full size sofa sleeper in the living room offers an additional sleeping place (a $50/night additional guest fee is applied for 7th & 8th guest). Guest access Access: We offer a contactless check-in with lock-box entry. CHECK-IN: 4:00pm / CHECK-OUT: 10:00am PLAN ACCORDINGLY: We are not able to grant early check-ins and/or later check-outs in advance. Should you need to guarantee additional time in the unit, we do suggest booking the additional night to accommodate this. Other things to note Notes: We recommend soaking in the sun and enjoying the beautiful outdoors that Kaua'i has to offer. But if you need to stay connected, free wireless internet is provided. For your convenience, we do provide some beach gear for your use: beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler, and beach towels. We also provide a starter supply of amenities and toiletries (soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, detergents). Additional guests and gatherings are not allowed.
