One bathroom is on-suite with one bedroom which also has a TV. There is a large high-ceiling living room with a TV, two mobile desks, and two Euro Lounger sofa beds. There is an enclosable multi-purpose room with a desk, a futon chaise, and a futon sofa bed. The dining room has a table that expands to seat 8, and a large granite counter with seating for four. The air-conditioned kitchen is spacious and equipped with a large induction cooktop, a large convection oven, a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, bread machine, rice maker, coffee maker, blender, and granite countertops. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a quartz countertop, a large sink, and an electric cooktop. The large backyard is surrounded by trees and flowers, and there is a heated pool with an adjacent spa. The patio is large, with lounges, tables and chairs, a refrigerator, an exercise bicycle, and a ping-pong table. Guests will be provided a code for the security system. There is space for parking two cars in the driveway, and there is street parking. Guest access Most of the property is available to guests. The upstairs bedroom and attic are locked storage spaces, as is the garage, and are thus off limits to guests.
