The Barn

The Barn is a private apartment in the upper level of our barn, with a separate entrance. The beautifully decorated space includes living & dining room, a kitchenette, bath, and two bedrooms. Our acreage is nestled on 4 acres on the edge of town surrounded by farm fields. Where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying the amazing sunrises or have a night cap with the cool breeze on the back deck and stargaze the evening sky. Lots to do! NO PET RENTAL The space Located on the edge of town surrounded by farm fields. Near by bike/walking Rail Trail Bridge and downtown Waverly! We are located minutes away from Wartburg College and are also 15 to 20 minutes away from the Waterloo/Cedar Falls area which offers a variety of additional shopping and entertainment. Guest access You will have access to the lawn area south of the driveway. The Barn is located on our private property located next to our private dwelling. Other things to note Property is located next to our private dwelling. There are children on premises as well as cats and dogs. Dogs are restricted by an invisible fence on the private property. NO PETS PREMITTED IN THIS RENTAL
