The space 1 Bedroom / 1 Bath located across the street from a public park, minutes from historical Old North Church, just steps to famous Hanover Street, the Waterfront, and Downtown Boston, and TD Garden (where the Bruins and Celtics play), it is walking distance to all other neighborhoods of Boston. - The condo is located on the first floor of a brownstone, making access easy (the bedrooms are located in the back of the building, and are quiet). Only four steps to access the building’s entry way. CONDO DETAILS: -KITCHEN/LIVING AREA featuring all kitchen items needed to cook, queen pull out couch and an air mattress, and flat screen television equipped with Roku. Trundle bed weight limit on top bed is 135 pounds, otherwise it will break - BEDROOM AREA features a king size bed, blackout curtains, nightstand, a large closet, a sitting chair, and television. The bedroom is located downstairs, along with the bathroom. Hanover Street has a cigar/cigarette/hookah bar, too! -Quiet hours between 9pm-9am. -Please be kind to sheets and towels, generally pick up upon checking out. -Pets under 15 pounds are ok, please get approval prior to booking. -Please keep thermostats on the low side, the apartment tends to get and stay very warm. 50° on the thermostat is typically 68° in the space.
