The space 1 Bedroom / 1 Bath located across the street from a public park, minutes from historical Old North Church, just steps to famous Hanover Street, the Waterfront, and Downtown Boston, and TD Garden (where the Bruins and Celtics play), it is walking distance to all other neighborhoods of Boston. - The condo is located on the first floor of a brownstone, making access easy (the bedrooms are located in the back of the building, and are quiet). Only four steps to access the building’s entry way. CONDO DETAILS: -KITCHEN/LIVING AREA featuring all kitchen items needed to cook, queen pull out couch and an air mattress, and flat screen television equipped with Roku. Trundle bed weight limit on top bed is 135 pounds, otherwise it will break - BEDROOM AREA features a king size bed, blackout curtains, nightstand, a large closet, a sitting chair, and television. The bedroom is located downstairs, along with the bathroom. My apartment is imperfect, and I am transparent about that to avoid surprises to my guests. -Please do not call my cellphone, I answer within minutes on airbnb messenger :) -Please note I live upstairs, any smell of smoke or sounds of partying would terminate your stay immediately without refund. -If you have any problems or if neighbors complain call me and mediate over the phone or in person. -If you need to smoke, please go out to prince street and people watch to smoke. Hanover Street has a cigar/cigarette/hookah bar, too! -Quiet hours between 9pm-9am. -Please be kind to sheets and towels, generally pick up upon checking out. -Pets under 15 pounds are ok, please get approval prior to booking. -Please keep thermostats on the low side, the apartment tends to get and stay very warm. 50° on the thermostat is typically 68° in the space. Keep items away from the baseboard to avoid fire. -Please reserve baby crib/pack n play and extra sheets in advance -If you are interested in extending your stay in advance or after checkout, please let me know as soon as possible. -Leave a nice review, and I'll leave you one too. Remember, by giving me the opportunity to fix any things that may rub you the wrong way during your stay, we part happy and I'll remember you positively for that. -EV charger and hockey rink are not included with your reservation, but are separate amenities you can enjoy for additional charge that local within a block.
