Sunrise to Sunset: Bucks Creek Retreat

Waterfront views of Bucks Creek, new Central A/C, WIFI and a short Walk to Ridgevale Beach! Back for Summer '24 after some much anticipated renovations.  Built into the hillside this house is deceiving in size and is actually very large with lots of room to spread out!  Enjoy sunrise and sunset on the large deck or the newly updated and expanded living space with a wall of windows all while enjoying this home's fun, beachy vibe. The space Enter the front door to a hallway. To the left is an eat-in, fully equipped kitchen with double sliders to an expansive deck that overlooks Bucks Creek. This gives new meaning to dining with a view, whether from the deck or the dining area! You will not be disappointed in the vast amount of wildlife that you will see on the creek! On the other side of the hallway is the newly updated and expanded living living room with plenty of comfy seating with a wall of windows giving you an unobstructed view of the creek and the ocean. Take advantage of the view in the two chairs facing the windows or hang out in the traditional living area to catch up with friends and family and talk about the day. To the right is the main hallway with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Bedroom #1 (on the left) has a Queen bed and further down the hall is Bedroom #2 with a Queen bed and en suite full bath with a tub/shower combo. At the end of hall is the 2nd full bathroom with a shower. Now with central A/C throughout the house, the window units are no longer needed - new pictures are coming in the spring! Head downstairs to the lower level entertainment area that has a family room, game room, and Bedroom #3. The game room has a ping pong table and doors to the backyard. Continue on to the second family room with lots of seating including an oversized bean bag chair and flat screen TV. Off of this room is Bedroom #3 that has a set of bunk beds with a full size on the bottom and a twin on top with a single size sleep chair in this room. The laundry room with washer/dryer and "wash sink" is just through the door in the back of the family room. Outside is a large yard, perfect for the kids and summer games. The large deck that expands the entire length of the home overlooks beautiful Bucks Creek and has a dining table and gas grill. Off to the side of the house is a fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water for your enjoyment. Be sure to take in this Cape Cod tradition when you return from Ridgevale Beach, just a few blocks away! Come escape to the Cape! Kick back and relax in this coastal cottage.
