Our guesthouse is a new open design in a super safe area close to many restaurants, coffee shops, casino, Spirit Hollow, Fun City and parks! Cozy furniture, no stairs, keypad entry and designated off street parking. Located in Burlington, Iowa just minutes from the Rec Plex, local hospital, area Plants and neighboring small towns with easy access to highway 61 and a short drive to everything Burlington has to offer. Our space is open concept living room, bedroom, sitting area & kitchen with one small single bed in a designated bedroom and full bathroom. We pride ourself in customer service and our homes upkeep! You have full use of the guesthouse and two designated parking spots. There is no smoking however we have added a bench near parking for your convenience. I am available via text at all times. On Highway convenient to town very safe area Offstreet parking, on main road through town!
