Each dwelling has been strategically placed for maximum privacy and panoramic views. Please note that there may be other guests present during your stay; however no spaces interior or exterior are shared. PARKING - 2 cars max are allowed at each treehouse. - Designated parking spaces are provided next to each unit. Other things to note This listing is for Unit #2 - there are 4 total dwellings over the 10 acres. Each dwelling has been placed to allow maximum privacy and panoramic views. Unit #1 is about 200 feet away. Unit #3 and #4 are on the other side of the property, acres away. Please note that there may be other guests present during your stay; however no spaces interior or exterior are shared.. The bedrooms do have blinds. There is a train that runs near the property. We do provide fans for at night and ear plugs if needed. 4 overnight guests only. 2 pets (pet fee) 2 cars only. This property is located on the backside of a mountain and is considered 'remote'. Liability Waiver must be signed prior to your arrival or a cancellation with no refund will be implemented. *****WINTER GUESTS****** - Your vehicle must include 4WD for the Winter (December - April). - Our roads are plowed and maintained regularly during the winter season, however some snow and ice can remain after clearing. - Note that travel times increase 5-10 minutes due to the advisory of slow speeds during winter due to snow/ice. WILDLIFE - Wildlife is present. - Bears, mountain lion, deer, and elk are very common to cross through the property. - Enjoy from a distance.
