The space The Captain’s Quarters was completely renovated to create a relaxing, spacious, and luxurious getaway for a large group, two families, or for anyone who is looking for a high-end beach experience. This is not a typical “heads in beds” shore rental! It is just over a block from the beach and Wildwood’s award-winning boardwalk, Hassle’s ice cream, mini golf, bike rentals, and the sights and sounds of the true Jersey Shore experience! The house is bright and airy and sleeps 11 comfortably (in real beds). Each bedroom has a large-screen smart TV. The incredible spa bathrooms with massive showers, floor-to-ceiling tiles, and oversized soaking tubs add another layer of luxury. When you are not sunning or swimming, you can relax on the large outdoor deck, grill out on the patio, or watch the Friday night fireworks from the ocean view balcony. The spacious open concept living room and dining area have table seating for 12 plus room for everyone to gather. Stream your favorite shows on the 65” smart TV, borrow games from the entertainment cart, or share a world-famous boardwalk pizza before you head out to the rides and games! The kitchen is well-equipped with dishes, glassware, cookware, and basic necessities. There is a yoga space and a dedicated office for WFB (work from beach) opportunities. Driveway parking for 3 vehicles, plus an additional off-street parking space in front of the house. For safety and security, there are outdoor cameras with recording capability facing the exterior doors, along the driveway, and along the strip of side yard that faces the condos next door. Bonus amenities include: -Outdoor patio with a grill, outdoor furniture, and a hot and cold outdoor shower -Air conditioning -Beach carts and supplies -Luxury linens and towels -Washer and Dryer Up to two dogs allowed with prior owner approval. Guest access Guests have full use of the entire house, the second-story outdoor deck, the back patio, and the outdoor shower. There are three locked owners’ closets and the attic is locked for safety. There is a small cottage at the rear of the property. Guests at the cottage will have to walk up the driveway and use the stairs at the rear of the patio area to enter their studio, but the outdoor spaces are reserved for guests of the Captain’s Quarters and are not shared. Other things to note The Captain’s Quarters is child friendly but it is NOT child proofed. Fourth bedroom has a bunk bed. Children under 150 pounds on the top bunk please. This is a 100% smoke-free property. Absolutely no tobacco, marijuana, vaping, hookah, e-cigarettes, or nicotine-related products are allowed anywhere on the premises, inside or outside. Booking guest agrees to provide a picture of their photo ID and to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking or the reservation will be cancelled. Guest will be responsible for any and all cancellation penalties and fees. No rental codes or keys will be provided without the signed rental agreement.
