The space The bathroom, kitchen, and in-unit laundry are shared spaces. The home is quiet and safe, ideal for students, interns, trainees, visiting scholars, and long-term guests. Each room is for one guest only and may not be shared by multiple guests or additional overnight visitors. Off-street parking for up to 4 cars is available in tandem style. It is very rare to have two cars parked on the same side of the driveway. Most guests do not drive, so parking is usually convenient. If parking is needed, please provide your phone number and license plate information in advance so we can advise you on the parking location. Other things to note To help maintain indoor cleanliness, we kindly ask guests to remove outdoor shoes and place them on the shoe rack near the entrance.
