The River View at Evergreen Hill

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Or book a longer stay while working on the area. River View is a 2100 sq. ft duplex. Originally built in the 50’s, the architecture will take you back in time and has been updated to keep the mid century charm! The BEST part is the amazing view. This River View sits on top of a bluff overlooking the Des Moines river and is beautiful all year round! **Fireplace DOES NOT operate** The space This listing is one side of a duplex. The owners live on the other side. Duplex is 2100 sq. ft. It has 2 large living rooms, full eat in kitchen, dining room. Has two bedrooms. One room has a king bed, the other has 2 full beds. One is on a loft. Guest access You'll receive an access code for the door that you'll enter to gain entry. There are 2 other doors providing access outdoors, but do not have a code. Other things to note We do have cats and dogs. You may see cats roaming around at any time. They're great for keeping mice and rodents away. Some are very friendly, but are NOT allowed indoors. We also have a small pug/shitzu mix and border collie.
