The space An open floor plan home with many amenities including an open floor plan, SmartTV, fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy bedroom with body contouring memory foam mattress and cooling pillows. The bedroom features a king bed and large closet. The perfect space for a single traveler or up to 4 guests and anything in between. The home is professionally cleaned prior to every stay and stocked with kitchen essentials, bathroom toiletries, linens and towels for your stay. We recommend using public transportation, including streetcars, buses, Uber or Lyft during your stay. For another fun way to explore the area, try Blue Bikes, a ride sharing bike rental all around the city. *Amenities* This house is newly renovated with upgraded finishes and modern stainless steel appliances. Within the house, you should expect to find: - Professionally cleaned and sanitized living areas and equipment - Comfortable and luxurious memory foam bed with ultra soft bedding, down comforter and memory gel pillows - Towels for up to 4 guests and extra bedding is provided - Fully equipped kitchen for up to 4 guests (including complimentary coffee) - Ultra-fast gigabit (1 Gbps!) network internet that's ready for families and professionals traveling in the digital age - 80" Smart TV in the living room preloaded with apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc. - In-unit washer and dryer - Modern yet cozy decor *Other Things to Note* We provide all of our guests with a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Unlike hotels with daily housekeeping services, we are not able to restock beyond the the items offered in the starter kit during a stay. There is a grocery store across the street and 2 blocks away, so please feel free to purchase any additional consumables that you think you may need during your stay. Guest access Self Check In with keyless entry. There is no driveway at this property, but plenty of free on street parking. Although, weekends and nights can be a little busier with parking. Other things to note A few rules to note: -NO pets allowed on the premises. -Absolutely NO smoking or vaping of ANY substance inside the unit. -There is a bar next door, so there could be a potential for noise, mainly on the weekends.
