Bedroom: Features a comfortable full-sized bed with fresh linens and plenty of natural light. It has ample storage space for your belongings and is furnished with a full-sized bed, mirror, nightstand with a lamp as well as a very spacious closet with hangers. Workspace: We understand the importance of having a dedicated workspace. We've set up a quiet and comfortable corner with a desk and chair. Kitchen/Dining Space: Enjoy your meals in the designated dining area, complete with a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including a stove, refrigerator, and microwave, for your culinary needs. We even have a Keurig for both coffee AND tea lovers. Bathroom: Our clean and well-maintained bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink. Towels and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience. Guests will have access to the bedroom and shared spaces in the unit found on the 2nd floor, upstairs through the main entrance and back down is where you will find the laundry room. The washer and dryer each have quarter slots and cost $2 each per use. We prefer to give our guests as much privacy as they like but are also available if our guests need any help or have any questions or concerns. Welcome to University Heights, Newark!
