Your next stay in New Orleans is the perfect getaway for couples, small groups, and business stays. Additionally, the home is an oasis for mid-term guests such as travel nurses and interns. Located just minutes outside of Downtown, this cozy, modern, 3 BR home is centrally located and offers close proximity to all things NOLA. MSY Airport: 19 Mins Downtown: 5 Mins French Quarter: 9 Mins Caesars Superdome: 5 Mins Smoothie King Center: 5 Mins Convention Center: 8 Mins Cruise Terminals: 8 Mins The space Your place of rest and relaxation is the lower unit of a duplex whereas your host lives in the unit above. The unit that you will be staying in is a completely separate unit that is not shared with anyone other than you and your guests. The only parts of the house that are shared are the stairway to the entrance and the fenced backyard which is rarely used by the host. The home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Sleeping up to 6 guests, the home is furnished with one king bed, one queen bed, and two twin beds. The bedroom with the king bed and the living room area are equipped with a 50-inch Roku TV and a 55-inch Roku TV, respectively. The other two bedrooms do not have TVs. Peacock TV, along with other free Roku apps, are on the house. Other apps, such as Netflix, Hulu, and Prime Video to name a few, must be signed into with your login information. Inside the kitchen, you will find the necessary cookware, dinnerware, and silverware for the perfect meal. Additionally, a small supply of paper goods, plastic cutlery, plastic cups, and chopsticks are provided for your convenience. Among amenities, you will have access to important items including but not limited to the following: WiFi, water dispenser, dual coffee maker with complementary K-cups and grounds, washer/dryer in unit, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and many more. If there is something that you would like that is not within the unit, feel free to request and I will do my best to accommodate. Due to a flight of stairs at the entrance, the home is not handicapped accessible or ADA compliant at this time. PARKING: Free street parking is available. Driveway is for host/owner only. During your stay, the City of New Orleans may have ongoing road projects in the area that may limit parking during work hours (e.g., 7 AM - 5 PM). Please pay attention and follow any signs. Guest access Guest will have access to entire house (lower unit of duplex). Guest will be provided with code to smart lock prior to arrival. Other things to note As the house is situated in a residential area, we kindly ask all guests to be courteous of your neighbors. They are allowing you into their neighborhood, and without them, your stay would not be possible. To avoid nuisances, we ask that you and all guests adhere to state and local laws regarding noise and littering. For protection of the home, the neighborhood, and your enjoyment, a Minut noise monitoring device is installed to monitor noise levels. The device is 100% privacy safe, camera-free, and does not record conversations nor store any personal data. For peace of mind and safety, the property is equipped with 3 exterior cameras at the front of the house - two facing each direction of the front entrance/street and one doorbell camera. The exterior cameras are active and may record exterior video and sound. As your privacy is a top priority, there are no cameras or recording devices installed on the inside of the house.
