Located just outside the Lake Manawa Business District and Metro Crossing - conveniently fuel-up, hit the interstate, grocery shop, grab a bite, or get some retail therapy - our guest suite is a stones throw away from Lake Manawa, which offers beach access, boating, and recreational space for cookouts and other gatherings. With a kitchenette, washer & dryer, functional dining room & living area, and 500 mbps WiFi, our two bedroom guest suite is well-suited for your stay! The space Our guest suite has two bedrooms with a queen and full size mattress, a cozy living room with a full size pull-out bed, dining area, and a 3/4 bath. The kitchenette is equipped with a washer and dryer, refrigerator, sink, pots, pans, utensils, and auxiliary cooking devices. The guest suite is its own private area with a private entrance on a shared property where we reside. If a guest needs assistance or is running low on essentials during a long stay, we’re usually able to accommodate them pretty quickly! Guest access Guest access is via keypad. A code will be sent to you prior to check-in. Other things to note Parking is on the rock patch near the mailbox in front of the house.
