You can walk casually to the Town of Falmouth Center ( French Bakery, Library, playground and many restaurants) in 10 minutes... a relaxing walk to Falmouth Harbor (Flying Bridge, Band Shell & Ferries) in 5 minutes, Beautiful side street walk to Surf Dr Beach & Beach house in 15 minutes,... Walk to the Falmouth Commodores Baseball, Senior Center, Windfall Market and more in 7 minutes! Bike to Woods Hole and North Falmouth along the Shining Sea Bike path. Our Home has 4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Air-conditioning, Large private yard, Beautiful out door patio with fire pit, relaxing chairs, Umbrella, Large outdoor dining table and chairs, Hammock, Car Charger, Outdoor Shower & Beautiful Sunny 'Sun Room' to enjoy all day and night. The First floor has a large living room with Fireplace and TV. There is a Dining area off the Living Room. The Living room leads to the large 'Sun Room' that you will find your selves drawn to. The Sunroom has many windows looking out on to the private backyard and there is a door that will take you to the patio, firepit, private yard, hammock, & out door shower. There is also a fully equipped Kitchen. There is a large 'Master Bedroom' with a Queen Bed on the first floor. A Full bathroom with Tub/Shower. Also 1 other Bedroom on the first floor with a Full Bed. On the second floor there is a Full bath with Tub/Shower. 2 Large Bedrooms, each has a Queen bed and each also has a single bed. There are mini-splits in each room also for A/C and heat. The Home was lovingly renovated in the Fall of 2023.
