The code will be provided to you prior to check-in. This code will be used throughout your stay. The code will be changed after checkout for the next guests. One of our hosts will be available should you need anything during your stay. The cell phone number will be provided in the guest book inside the home. This property is located directly on the river with only a few homes in the vicinity. The neighbors are very quiet so rest assured your time will be relaxing if that is your desire. There is a train track by the home. When there is a train, it is very short (a few minutes). The town of LeClaire is very quaint and offers many small boutiques, restaurants, coffee shops and breweries for your enjoyment. There is also a beautiful winery nestled in the hills just a few blocks from this home. Visit the Guest Manual in this listing for other tourist attractions like the world-renowned PGA Golf Course, Deere Run. This course is not for the amateur golfer but breathtaking to see! There is plenty of parking at this property! The lot would hold at least 6 vehicles and is large enough to also hold an RV in addition to other motor vehicles such as boats, jet skis and trailers. A water softener and a reverse osmosis filtered water system was installed to ensure the drinking water is pure and eliminates the need for guests to buy bottled water. The soft water is great for the shower as well. The automatic ice maker in the refrigerator also utilizes filtered water and provides plenty of ice for your stay.
