If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies. ✫ A $100 fee per pet applies and will be charged through our software after the booking is confirmed. Guest access Guests have access to this entire single family home and entry is directly in front of where you'll park. Other things to note FYI, booking includes and is protected by our damage protection program. We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe, and memorable stay with us. We use smart home technology to improve your experience. Minut is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. We also have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is to keep all guests safe and keep the property secure. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable. FYI - For guests bringing pets, please clean up after them. We will be requesting additional payment for any extra clean up from your pet. (The pet fee - $100 per pet, only covers additional cleaning to make sure to get all pet fur by double washing all linens, wear and tear on flooring/carpets and furniture). No more than 2 dogs allowed. You must be 25 years old or above to book.
