Your private room also includes a Tv with access to Amazon Fire stick and remote. **Only the Tv in the living room offers free Netflix.** The is kitchen stocked with dishes, two refrigerators, stove, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. This space is a Comfy single-family home with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. For your convenience and enjoyment the home has a 52” Sony TV with Amazon Fire Stick which includes free Netflix and free Wifi located in a renovated living room. You will share the kitchen, living room, bathroom, backyard, and driveway with other guests in the home. This space is perfect for business travelers! Guest access This is a nice single family home with a private driveway. You will be sharing the home access to the living room, kitchen, small bathroom, backyard, and driveway. You can also take the train which can take you near RWJ Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. This space is close to multiple restaurants/food and The Union County Performing Arts Center (less than 1 mile). It is close to Planet Fitness, Bowling-Linden Lanes, laundromats, multiple Shopping Centers and grocery stores (less than or within 3 miles). Lots of restaurants nearby and lots to do in NYC as well. There is also a nearby bus stop on East Hazelwood Ave at Leesville Ave where guest can take Bus #48 and transfer to Bus #115 located on Saint Georges Ave At Stiles St to go straight to NYC in approximately 45 mins. Uber and Lyft are available in Rahway, NJ. Cleaning available during stay upon request only for price an additional price of $60 (cleaning services only) **Safety** No one has access to the home except for another confirmed guest, cleaner, or myself who may access the home during the day. *No third party booking allowed. All third party bookings will be canceled.* *NO LOCALS. Reservations will be cancelled if you are found to be a local (guest coming from 45 mins or less).* Guest will share a small bathroom with other guests. **Please note that alteration to your reservation may not be approved** Parking Restrictions: No street parking on one side of the road on Tuesdays from 7am-12pm and No street parking on the opposite side of the road on Wednesdays from 7am-12pm. No street parking allowed when the road is covered with snow. However, there is a private driveway that fits up to 2 cars on a first come first serve basis. Air Conditioner: Window AC are removed from Dec 1- May 1.
