Ascend to the second floor to discover an open-concept Kitchen/Dining/Living area that’s perfect for gathering with friends and family. The space is complete with upscale furnishings, a wine fridge, and a coffee station to start your mornings right. Also on this level, the serene primary suite (Bedroom 1) features a king bed and its own ensuite bath with a shower stall. Step outside to a gorgeous backyard oasis, where a stone patio awaits with a gas grill, and a cozy fire pit—ideal for evening barbecues or unwinding under the stars.
