Requests made several months in advance will have a better chance at getting view request filled. Marriott classifies views into two categories. 1) Mountain View: some units may overlook a parking structures (low floors) while others may offer partial ocean/harbor views (high floor in Kona/Naia tower west-wings) or breathtaking views of the golf course (high floor Moana tower). 2) Ocean View: Some might have obstructed ocean views (floors 1-6) or side ocean views, while others may have direct panoramic ocean views. Host assumes zero liability for property loss or damages, and zero liability for injury or accidents in or about the premises during Rentee’s vacation. 2. Host is not held responsible for unforeseeable circumstances affecting the resort including repairs and improvements. 3. Rentee will provide a credit card at check in and takes responsibility for all incidental charges associated with their vacation for which additional fees are charged including occupancy tax of ~$70/trip. 4. Rentee shall use the Property in accordance with the rules and regulations of the resort and will pay for all repairs, replacements and damages caused by the acts or neglect of or his/her guests. The Naiʻa Pool will be closed for refurbishment from Sep 7, 2026 to Dec 18, 2026. All other resort pools and amenities are expected to remain open during this time. Beginning Jan. 4, 2027 to Jun. 23, 2027, the Kona Tower at the resort will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.
