Greenwood Lakefront House

Welcome to the Greenwood lakefront house. Located on a quiet private dirt cul-de-sac, our home is directly on the lake with private dock. Throw on your swimsuits and take the provided canoe and two kayaks down to the dock. Spend the morning exploring Greenwood lake and the afternoon lounging on the deck overlooking the water. 75 minutes away from New York City, it's the perfect getaway or place to host your family or small gathering. The space Master Bedroom: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Two Full Beds | Sofa Bed: Queen bed Guests have the entire home to themselves which contains 2 private bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms to ensure everybody has plenty of privacy, and both includes towels, a hair dryer, and basic toiletries. The washer and dryer are in the first floor bathroom. Home includes two 55" smart TVs, one in the first floor living room and another in the second floor master bedroom with both connected to the cable over 220 channels to choose from. A fully-functioning kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot, pots, pans, plates and utensils. The living space has plenty of windows to look out on the lake. The deck (Newly built in 2019) outside of the living space over looking the yard and lake. PARKING Parking is available for 2 vehicles or 3 small vehicles in the driveway. Any cars parked in front of the house, street or on neighbors driveway, your car will get towed by the town/association/neighbors. We are very strict about this rule, so plan accordingly
