Come home to our little slice of heaven here at Cornfield Cottage. With the Dunlop Wildlife Trail only 2/10 mile away and just minutes from the cities of Orange City and Alton, our bright and cheery 3-bedroom home awaits to welcome you. * 4 minutes to Northwestern College. * 6 minutes to Orange City downtown/ Tulip Festival. * Accommodates up to 6 people: 5 adults and 1 toddler The space A bright and light, modern and welcoming home on almost an acre of land. Beautiful cornfields to the north, farms to the east and a sense of peace down our country road. Enjoy a bit of country while being close to the cities. On the main floor is the master bedroom with King bed, Kitchen, bath and living room. Downstairs there are 2 more bedrooms, bathroom and family room. Guest access The main floor and downstairs are available to our guests. We will be storing our car in the garage for the summer so guests can park in the driveway. The upstairs bedroom is locked because it gets too hot in the summer. Other things to note Enjoy our almost 1 acre of park-like setting.
