An encaustic studio in walkout basement including all tools needed to paint and print with hot wax (two R&F palettes, Roland Hotbox, heat guns, hot wax writing pens, color shapers, etc.) is available by prior arrangement. Martha loves to show her studio and working process to any interested guests. Appropriate for families with children 9 years and older. Easy access to public transportation. Our home is on the second floor of a two family house and the attic floor is another flight up. The stairs to the attic floor are narrow and steep. We often host guests traveling a great distance with many pieces of luggage or families bringing children to college. We are happy to store some of your luggage on our main floor.
