Easy access to world-class fly-fishing rivers and mountain trails to hike/bike/ride horses. The famous Yellowstone National Park is about 60 miles away and Big Sky Resort (30 miles). The property is 15 minutes from the airport, and 20 miles from Main Street, Bozeman. Wonderful views of the Bridgers, Spanish Peaks and Tobacco Roots. The space Experience country living in a quaint 1927 farm house on 20 acres nestled in the unincorporated town(s) of Churchill/Amsterdam, Montana. The unit is the walk-out downstairs with a suite area consisting of 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, and a small lounge area. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has 1 double bed. Coffee maker along with complimentary coffee, microwave, and small refrigerator located in space for guests use. Wi-Fi is included. There is a BBQ grill in the yard that may be used with prior approval The yard around the house is lined with lilacs and spruce trees so it gives the feeling of seclusion. Plenty of parking for cars and/or horse trailer/drift boat. The property is 15 minutes from the airport, 20 miles from downtown Bozeman, 13 miles from Manhattan, and 8 miles from Belgrade. The property is also very close to world class fly-fishing waters - the Madison, Jefferson, Yellowstone, and Gallatin rivers! 4 horses and 2 St. Bernards reside on the property, as does the Owner. This listing is perfect for all types of visitors especially horse people and fisherman! Guest access The rental space is located in the downstairs level of the house with its own entrance. There is a washer/dryer on premises which may be used with permission from Owner. There is a BBQ grill in the yard that may be used with prior approval. During your stay Guests can have access to the yard with permission from Owner. Continental breakfast can be offered with prior notice and extra charge of $15/person. As well, I can accommodate other food/drink requests with notice - extra fee(s) will apply. Transportation requests can be arranged (i.e. airport shuttle, fly-fishing) - fee(s) will apply. Other things to note *No smoking allowed anywhere on the property or in the home. *Please be courteous, respectful of the space, and don't be too loud *Horses allowed with prior approval and proof of vaccinations - feed provided by owner(s) of horse *No interaction with the Owner's dogs without permission from Owner *Please do not let the dogs outside of the house/yard without prior approval of Owner *Horses are off limits to guests unless permission given by Owner *Barn and other outbuildings are off limits to guests *Absolutely no swimming, wading, fishing, etc., in any and all irrigation ditches as well as Godfrey Creek *No walking/hiking through any pastures without permission from Owner *No guns allowed without permission from Owner *Absolutely no fireworks and/or other sorts of ammunition allowed on property *No fires, etc., allowed on property *No dogs or other animals allowed without permission of Owner *No other guests allowed except those that have rented the room(s) *Continental breakfast, lunch, and dinner services can be provided with notice - fee(s) may apply *Other food/drink requests can be accommodated with notice - fee(s) may apply *Transportation around the county (i.e. airport, fly-fishing) can be arranged with notice - fee(s) may apply *Any and all other requests - please speak with Owner to see if arrangement can be made
