There are two comfortable, spacious and well decorated bedrooms with premium mattresses and a homely decor for a truly relaxing night sleep, no matter what you get up to! The bathroom is fully equipped with toiletries, linen-towels and a standing shower for your pleasure. This unit does not come with a dedicated living space/room, but the master bedroom is finished in a contemporary style complete with a comfortable suede couch and a 55 inch TV to wind down and watch after a hard day exploring this beautiful city. A dining space is available for a night-time meal. The flat has high-speed internet access, air conditioning and free parking. There is no smoking allowed *$500 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found* Guest access —There is a large yard/playground and basketball court that is shared with all occupants of the building. Guest do not have access to the basement. -- You will not have access to the thermostat. But the unit will always be at a comfortable temperature.
