Large 1-BR Loft in Westfield w/ Private Entrance

Spacious, bright, simple and clean! This is a no-hassle rental for an almost 700 sq. foot private loft room and bathroom. Located on a gentleman's farm, the property has a rural feel but is a quick ride to major attractions! The space The Loft is above our garage and you will have your own private entrance to get to the Loft and Bathroom. The room itself is very spacious and has a comfortable full sized futon, a large desk and 4-person high top table. The room features a mini fridge, air conditioning, WIFI, TV with Apple TV and Netflix. The private bathroom (sink, toilet and clawfoot tub w/shower) is accessed downstairs across the foyer. Non-smoking and pet-free. Generally accommodates up to 2 people in the full sized futon. Air mattresses can accommodate up to two additional guests- but all guests (including children) must be included in the initial reservation. Guest access Access includes the room over the garage and private bath on the first floor. Feel free to explore over 9 acres of property including the 2 gazebos, multiple fields and tennis courts. (Please refrain from any outbuildings/storage sheds). Driveway parking spaces for guests. During your stay We do live onsite and share the driveway, however we aren't always home since we travel. If assistance is required during your stay we or a caretaker are always available to help. Other things to note Tennis court on property (not regulation size), feel free to bring your racquet for a fun game!
