Overnight Parking for Non-Permit Holders The West New York Parking Utility offers overnight parking passes for non-permit holders that desire to park in Municipal parking lots at a rate of $10.00 per night. The washer and dryer are not designed for heavy-duty use. Especially dryer is just for small items (5-10 min)
