Newly renovated Beach condo, one block from the Brigantine Beach. Approximately 1,000 sq. ft. Two bedroom, perfect for families who want to enjoy ease and relaxation on Brigantine Island. Central Air and Heat. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, electric fireplace, outdoor shower, ceiling fans in living room and master bedroom. Two night minimum. Bath towels and sheets can be provided for additional fees. Please discuss your plans prior to arrival. The space Bottom unit condo - Approximately 1,000 sq. ft. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset on the patio out front. Outdoor shower, shed with beach items and a backyard to enjoy. Condo comes with 4 beach tags and one parking spot. There is plenty of street parking available as well. The top condo is identical to this downstairs unit and can be rented at the same time to accommodate additional space if desired. Master bedroom has one queen bed. Kids bedroom has one set of twin bunk beds. The kitchen includes a stove w/ oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator with automatic ice in the freezer. Kitchen has a blender, coffee pot, single serve Keurig, tea kettle, toaster, pots and pans. Dining set includes kid cups, plates, bowls, utensils, glasses and coffee cups. Also included, iron and iron board, steam iron and hairdryer. Each bed includes bedspread, one pillow per person inside a decorative pillowcase. Condo has two additional spare blankets in the closet. Full bath with deep tub and hand-held shower head. Washer and dryer in laundry room. If sheets and bath towels are needed, additional fees will apply. Please arrange this prior to arrival. Guest access Guests are permitted to use the downstairs balcony, enter through the front door or private side door and have access to the outdoor shower labeled B. Other things to note Pets are not permitted.
