Small, house trained non-shedding, dog ok, upon pre-approval. The space We took the steps to completely renovate and remodel our 1 - 1/2 story cottage. We decided to share it with you. I It is tastefully furnished with many generational pieces of furniture and other items. Family members have contributed their time and talents to furnish and decorate the Ponderosa. We even have on display, a good collection of pre-1966 bottles and jars that were found under the original 12 foot by 30 foot farm house, which was the original structure. In the mid 1960s my father and grandfather built the Ponderosa, as an addition to the original farm house. The original structure served as the kitchen and storage room, until recently. The old wooden floor was removed and replaced with a concrete floor. The original walls and ceiling are now part of the existing structure. The Ponderosa has been a family gathering place for over 50 years. We hope that you consider staying at the Ponderosa! We love it, and think that you will, as well. It's in a nice quiet location.
