One free off street parking space is included and best suited for a compact car. Curated Salem touches set this space apart, including a glowing Witch Please neon sign, tarot cards, vintage games, and preserved architectural details. Step outside and explore on foot. The Salem Witch Museum, Peabody Essex Museum, House of the Seven Gables, Salem Common, restaurants, cafés, shops, and historic sites are all just minutes away. Perfect for October’s legendary Halloween season, museum weekends, and year round Salem getaways. Quick Notes • Not suitable for children under 12 • Second floor walk up • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • No parties or events • Accommodates up to seven guests with an extra fee for the seventh guest • Please remove footwear upon entering to help us reduce sound travel • No unregistered guests Guest access You will have contactless check in and check out for your convenience. We do have two exterior cameras on the home, one being the ring doorbell at the front entrance and the second at the side entrance of our home/unit - - There are absolutely no interior cameras. The exterior cameras are for security purposes since we live in a heavily dense location. ** Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate early check-in’s, late check-out’s or luggage drop off at this time. If you need this accommodation, we would suggest booking at one of the local hotels. We have also done some research and found that the UPS store in Salem offers luggage storage through a third party called Bounce (you can download the app for service). Thank you! Other things to note My spouse and I live in the first floor apartment with our dog, George. Unfortunately, you will not have access to the small backyard as this is George's sanctuary. There is an emergency egress from your kitchen that will lead to the backyard if there is ever an emergency. Although, we are close to all of the action, the house itself is in a quiet neighborhood.
