There is a minimum stay of 4 days during July and August. The space This home has a Master Bedroom Suite on the second floor with a private, full bathroom and a sweeping ocean view. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a queen size sleep sofa in the living room. The large full bathroom which includes a laundry area is on the first floor. There is also a large, enclosed outdoor shower for your convenience. The home is situated 2/10th of a mile from deeded Association beaches at Robert's Cove and Mill Pond. It is within 1/2 mile from Nauset Beach by boat, canoe or kayak, and a 2.5 mile drive. Orleans center is also 2.5 miles away! Guest access I encourage guests to bring all their toys. There is plenty of room in the garage for surfboards, bikes, golf clubs kayaks, fishing equipment, etc. Easy access to the bike trail is in Orleans center, right across the street from the Chocolate Sparrow Coffee and Ice cream Shop. Other things to note Nauset Beach is on the ocean side of Orleans and is for those who enjoy surf and large waves. On the bay side, Orleans boasts the beautiful Skatet Beach. This is a lovely family beach suitable for young children.
