This is one bedroom in a 3 bed-2 bath apartment. You will have the room all to yourself but will be sharing the bath with one other person (my flatmate). The bathroom also has laundry and drying facilities. It is minutes from Manhattan by the 24/7 subway system. My place is close to both Grove Street station and Exchange Place station and is good for both couples and solo adventurers. The space The bedroom will be private. You will have access to our fully stocked kitchen (appliances and utensils), our dining area, the living room which has a tv and couch and our huge open private porch with views of both downtown Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants and bars and the apartment itself is walking distance from both Grove Street, and Exchange Place stations, which take you to Manhattan within minutes. My place is good for both couples and solo adventurers. No smoking in the house. Can smoke on the porch. Please be respectful of the other people in the house and clean up if you use anything. Guest access The bedroom will be private.
