Walking into our condo feels like walking into a real home. We have lived here for 18 years and recently did some small renovations that have now made our home a more breathable and functional space. Sparkly new bathroom + spacious living room + large outdoor porch! PLEASE NOTE: There is no overnight street parking available in Brookline, so I wouldn't recommend driving in! If you are driving there are overnight parking spaces about a 10 min walk away for $10 per night. The space **WINTER UPDATE: Heating in the apartment around this time of year tends to reach extremes. Most of the time it gets too hot but sometimes too cold. We've got ceiling fans and blankets for either outcome! Apologies for the inconvenience. - Whirpool bath tub with jets. I repeat. WHIRLPOOL BATHTUB WITH JETS! There is nothing like taking a warm bath in this tub in this cold weather. -The bed in the large bedroom is killer (in a good way!). The small bedroom has an unbeatable cozy feel. -Are you into running or yoga? I've got a foam roller and yoga mat. Are you into music? I've got an amazing WiFi controlled Sonos speaker that you can bring into any room. Do you play any music? I have a piano and cello! What about smoking? I have a hookah with shisha and coals that you can use! Other things to note Unfortunately, our microwave is currently out of order. We usually heat our food on the stove or in the toaster oven. Our TV is also very small and we rarely use it!
