There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and all cooking appliances you will ever need! The basement is a wall to wall newly carpeted with a spacious playroom with an additional bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom. There is an outdoor space with outdoor BBQ grill and patio table that seats eight. There is wireless internet access, cable TV and air-conditioning that can be personally adjusted for each floor. Have your guests/visiting family members stay on their own floor (third floor) with their own shower/bathroom. You are a short five minute walk from its quaint little town. You are a minute's drive from the Spring Lake New Jersey Transit Train stop so your friends and guests can have easy access to your beach house! We provide beach chairs, beach towels and badges.
