Finished basement with separate room and private full bath. Also included are living space with couch and TV (no live programs, only internet connected). There is a kitchenette (no cooking) with nice countertop and bar stools. Space is well lit and spacious. There is a slight humming noise from the utility room. The house is situated in a quite neighborhood. Additional amenities like laundry will be charged extra. We are a friendly, young, hospitable family with a sweet pre-schooler girl.
