This centrally located neighborhood is still quiet & secluded! You’ll have quick access to the Lyons district & downtown Clinton, you’ll be right by north bridge to get into Illinois, or shoot up 19th & the bypass will get you to the south side of town in a few minutes. The space You will have your own lockable room, with full access to the kitchen as well as the rest of the house, and a great yard. There is one shared bathroom in the home. There is ample on and off street parking. Shower toiletries will be provided, as well as towels, & basic bed linens. A fully stocked kitchen allows you to cook as you please, just be respectful of the groceries, and communicate any questions or concerns with my cohost. A free Washer & Dryer are in the bathroom. The back deck is great for enjoying the weather! Guest access There is a live in host at this property. The small bedroom is off limits, and daily personal belonging will be intermingled throughout the home. Please use manners and respect the personal property of others, just as we will do for you! During your stay I live close by & will be reachable via Airbnb or text. My cohost will be floating in and out of the space, as well as helping me monitor Airbnb. Other things to note There are train tracks a few blocks down from the home, we are used to the noise and sleep right through. Ear plugs will be provided just in case, and there is a fan in the room.
