The space Located within a convenient 5-minute drive, you'll find yourself within arm's reach of numerous attractions and entertainment hotspots, including Wooly's, Wells Fargo Arena, Hy Vee Hall, The Civic Center, the East Village, Court Ave District, an array of restaurants and bars, and fantastic shopping options. Additionally, you're just a quick 10-minute drive away from the Iowa State Fairgrounds! Parking is a breeze with space for up to 3 cars in the long driveway, and you'll also find ample free street parking right in front of the house. We do also welcome dogs! There is a $50 fee per pet and all dogs must be registered on the reservation. Let's take a tour of your comfortable abode: Living Room: Step into a spacious and open living area, complete with a generous 55-inch smart TV, primed for your streaming pleasure. The inviting sectional offers a perfect spot for relaxation.. Dining Room: We've recently added a dining room on the main level, though it's not pictured yet. Here, you'll find a full-sized kitchen table with ample seating for 6-8, perfect for enjoying meals and socializing. Downstairs Bathroom: Connected to the living room, you'll find a full bathroom stocked with towels, a hair dryer, makeup rags, toilet paper, shower supplies, and a full-sized tub & shower for your comfort and convenience. Kitchen: Inside the kitchen, you'll discover everything you need, from a fridge, oven/stovetop, toaster, microwave, dish rack (please note, there's no dishwasher), pots and pans, silverware, cups, complimentary coffee and tea, plateware, and more. We've also provided a full-sized washer and dryer, free for your use, along with detergent. Upstairs Bedroom #1: The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and a smart TV for your entertainment. Upstairs Bedroom #2: In the second bedroom, you'll find a cozy queen-sized bed and another smart TV. Upstairs Bedroom #3: The third bedroom offers a full-sized bed and a futon, along with a smart TV for your enjoyment. We've crafted this space with your comfort and convenience in mind, ensuring your stay in Des Moines is nothing short of exceptional. We look forward to hosting you! **Pet Policy** Dogs are welcome, but they must be included in your reservation at the time of booking. To add a pet, put the number of pets in the search option next to where you select the number of guests. The pet fee will be automatically applied to your reservation when included this way. Please note, if an unregistered or unpaid pet is brought to the property, the fee will be doubled. Guest access Guest will access the property using a smart lock. Information and pin code will be sent the day of the booking. Security cameras are placed on the outside of the property for guests safety. One is at the front door facing the street and the other is on the west side of the home facing the rear section of the driveway and backyard. The cameras monitor audio and video. Other things to note SECURITY: There is a security camera located outside the front door facing outside that records audio and video 24/7 for guests safety. If the device is tampered with the reservation may be cancelled with no refund.
