Plenty of storage and all amenities. Fresh linens and towels will be provided. * LIVING ROOM * Nice space with ceiling fan, sofa and two comfy chairs. Bookcase with a few books you can read. There is no TV in the living room. * DINING ROOM * Round table with seating for four. * KITCHEN * Granite/stainless kitchen with oven/stove, microwave, panini grill, French press. Cups, plates, flatware, pots/pans are available for use. * BATHROOM * Large tub with new rainfall shower head. Hairdryer, curling iron, straightener available for use. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash are provided. * BEDROOM * Ceiling fan and comfortable queen mattress. Smart flat-screen TV with AppleTV (Netflix and Hulu Plus) and basic channels. * LAUNDRY * There is no washer/dryer in the building, but I can refer you to a great laundromat close by. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment except for the closet in the master bedroom. Other things to note I can give you tips on what to do in your time here! The apartment is very close to the World Trade Center and downtown NYC.
