Located on the northern end of Bozeman, just outside of city limits. A great, non-smoking, place to crash if you are visiting the area and making the most of your days taking in the best of the Bozeman area. Our house is 10 minutes from Bozeman/Yellowstone International Airport. No smoking, no shoes, no parties. The space The rental is two bedrooms, one with a king size bed on with a queen size bed, as well as a private full bathroom. Guest access Guest area is on the second floor. You will enter the main/front door of the house and the stairs are immediately inside. This rental allows for guest to use the upstairs and front patio. This rental does NOT include use of the kitchen or any other area of the home. During your stay I (the owner and host) live in this house. We may or may not have interactions during your stay here based on our schedules. I work full- time during the week and will be around minimally on the weekends. Communication via the AirBnB app will be the most reliable way to communicate during your stay, if needed. Other things to note This is a legal AirBnB rental that has approval and licensing through Gallatin County Health Department as well as allowed with in the covenants of our HOA.
