This is a studio unit in Waikiki!! You can stay with you friends, partner, family. You can spend your time with a reasonable price. This condominium is located west area in Waikiki. You can walk to Hilton village lagoon and beach and Kahanamoku beach in 5-10min walk. Ala Moana Center (Hawaii’s largest shopping center) is 5min walk. This condominium have a pool at Ground level So you can enjoy swimming even if you don't go to beach! Card operated Laundry room is on 3td & 4th Floor The space I would like to tell you some information about this listing room! I hope it will help you choose a place to stay in Honolulu. 《As basic information on this room》 -Full-Furnished with: 2 Full sized bed, a desk& chair, 2 floor light, AC. TV(only Netflix). -Basic kitchenware： Dishes, Glasses, Silver, Pan, Pot, Electric stove, Refrigerator, Microwave etc. There is a kitchen space and basic kitchenware. You can enjoy a little cooking with cooktop stove during your stay, not like hotel. In Waikiki, all ingredients are expensive. I hope this kitchen space will help you. -Bath amenities: Bath towel, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Soap, Toilet paper, Hair dryer. *No tooth blush, hair brush, shaver etc. *We don't change your towel, bed sheets during your stay(and cleaning floor). Please use coin laundry in this condominium's common area when you need to wash it. If you stay longer than 14nights, 2 towels are provided to each guest. If you stay 13 nights or shorter, 1 towel is provided to each guest 《About this condominium》 -This room is on 12FL. -Pool -Washing machines & Dryer(can pay by credit card) -Elevator -Reserved parking(*there is no roof because it's located at parking top floor) ＊VERY IMPORTANT INFO about PARKING SPACE＊ The maximum car height for parking space is 6.3ft. If the height of your car is over 6.3ft, you can not use this parking space. Please check your car height if you think about using parking space. If you make the building parking area damaged, you need take 100% responsibility for that. Guest access This is private studio and you will not share bedroom / bathroom / kitchen with anyone. You don't need to share bath room kitchen space with other guests in this condominium unit. and building common areas are shared with residents and other airbnb guests. Such as Pool / Washing machines & Dryer(can pay by card) / Elevator Other things to note ***As notified by the building management, the garage gate of the car will be closed between 8am-2pm on 1/21/26. It's just temporary, but when you checkout, please move your car until 8am. Otherwise it won’t be able to move your car until 2:00pm.*** We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. <<<<<<<<<<<<<< Please read before send me a request >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> There is on going elevator upgrade sometime until 2025 (Plan). There are 2 elevators in this building but there is a high chance of 1 elevator is not working. This building has about 120units and rely on only 1 elevator sometime. If you have minute by minute schedule, it better to wait until 2026. I recommend to avoid morning around 9-10am and 5-6pm since many residents and airbnb guests going out and come back. ＊＊ This room is NOT HOTEL, HOTEL COND ROOM＊＊ This condominium is a building which residence also stay(*Airbnb is permitted). So there is NO hotel service like daily clean, 24hours front desk, leaving your luggages, security guard etc. If guests expect a fancy, gorgeous building to stay like hotel, this condominium is difficult to meet your expectations. *I put the colorful sheets for pictures. But depending on cleaning cycle, I'm not sure which color sheets I put when you stay. ≪Early Check-in Fee & Late check-out≫ Our early check-in service available from 12:30pm Early check-in fee is $30+Tax(18.712%) Late Check-out until 12:30pm, late check out fee is $30+Tax(18.712%) until 2:30pm, late check out fee is $60+Tax(18.712%) after 2:30pm, late check out fee is 1 night fee(18.712%) ＊You may not able to do early check-in and late check-out because of prior or next guests.
