License #17STR-04315 Small studio Bywater Guesthouse available in the heart of the Bywater! 1/2 block to Sneaky Pickle, Bar Brine, Bud Rips, two blocks to Galaxie, Saturn Bar and all of the fun places to go out on the town. This is a very simple studio in our backyard with a queen couch bed and a bathroom (note: low water pressure, it’s Nola!). No kitchen or cooking - a great spot to sleep and be out on the town. You’ll see us hanging around too as we share the backyard The space Very basic studio, great for a person or two that are going to be at a wedding or hopping around town! We live in the front house and you’ll likely see us! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house (though we ask to keep things quiet in the front/back of house and respect our neighbors). All in all it is quite an independent setup. Places within the house that are not for guests: -Closets - we use the closets for storage including linens. -Back of the house - we use the back exit for storing boxes and materials for the house.
